Grace “Pat” Campbell, age 85 of Fairborn, passed away in the Wright-Patterson AFB Medical Center.  She was born March 3, 1923 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.  Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Episcopalian church; the Fairborn Senior Citizens; and a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 526 Auxiliary.  She was preceded in death her parents and her husband, Charles in 1992.  Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Dawn Izaguirre of Brownsville, Texas; two sons, J.C. Campbell of Riverside, Robert Lee Campbell of N. Palm Beach, Florida; five grandchildren; and a niece, Barbara Ann “Punky” Bear of Arlington, Virginia.  A memorial service will be held in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, on Wednesday July 9, 2008 at 7:00 P.M., beginning with the American Legion Auxiliary followed by a service officiated by Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill.  Inurnment will be on Saturday July 11, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. in the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
