Cecelia Jolly, age 66, of Fairborn, passed away, peacefully, June 18, 2023, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born September 17, 1956, the daughter of Sylvester L. Pattengale and Barbara (Pittman) Pattengale in Lafayette, IN.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 1, 2023, at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, 45324. The family will receive friends from 10:45 A.M. until the time of service, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating. Condolences can be made to the family at www.beltonstroup.com
