Freda G. Wheeler, age 77, of Fairborn passed away Monday, May 17, 2021. She was born on July 18, 1943 in Gallipolis, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Tina Ember and brothers, Charles and David Bush. Freda is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Wendell Wheeler; son, Frank Manns; and daughter, Darlene. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
