Rebecca C. Owen, age 39 of Dayton, passed away August 2, 2021. She was born August 31, 1981 in Dayton, the daughter of Frank and Pamela (Hensley) Giffin. Becky is preceded in death by her grandmother, Marjorie McMullen; and uncle, Bill Giffin. She is survived by her parents; husband, Jason Owen; brother, Eric Giffin; as well as extended family. A private service will be held by the family.
