Yvonna Hall, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2025, in Kettering, Ohio. She was born on June 7, 1950, in Sneedville, Tennessee, to the late Jesse and Grace (Gibson) Collins.
Yvonna's warmth and spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. For 58 years, she cherished a loving partnership with her devoted husband, James. Together, they built a family, their daughter, Annette (Gary) Humphries; and son, James (Ashley) Hall; and she found endless joy in her grandchildren: Gary Wayne (Rachel), Samantha (Shawn), Merrissa (Brandt), Kyle (Riley), Quintin (Kaitlyn), John, and Allen. Yvonna was also blessed with eleven great-grandchildren, who filled her later years with laughter and love.
Beyond her family, Yvonna was a dedicated individual who enjoyed indulging in her passion for puzzles, often finding joy in the challenge they brought. Most importantly, she treasured every moment spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Yvonna is also survived by her sister, Michelle McDaniels; and her brother, Marvin Collins. She was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings: Broten, Doug, Ralph, Hazel, Brenda, Kathleen, and Betty.
Her passing leaves void in the hearts of her loved ones, but they will forever carry her memory. Yvonna will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and friends.
