Carolyn "Sue" Mack

Carolyn “Sue” Mack, age 79, of Fairborn, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021. She was born March 24, 1942 in Middletown, Ohio; the daughter of the late Herman Reese and Carrie Imogene (Adkins) McCloud. Sue is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, John Mack, Jr.; children, John (Sarah) Mack III and Laura Heckman; step-daughter, Peggy (Eric) Johnson; grandchildren, Annah Heckman, John Mack IV, and Noah Heckman; sisters, Donna (Bill) Karts and Kay (Derrick) Plank; and numerous family and friends. Sue excelled at gardening and cooking. She had a love for butterflies, and she was a wonderful hostess. Sue was a loving woman and she cared for everyone she knew with a kind and giving heart. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 6 PM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, Ohio 45324. Friends and family may visit from 4 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to Hospice of Dayton in thank you for their care of Sue.
