Doris A. Carroll

Doris A. Carroll, age 74 of Dayton, passed away Sunday December 26, 2021.  She was born October 18, 1947 in Allen, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Troy and Viola (Hicks) Beverly.  Doris loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She is survived by her husband, Arthur; two daughters, Annette Carroll-McPheron, Tricia Carroll; three grandchildren, Joshua Carroll, Jessica McPheron, Tyler Martin James Benbow; four great-grandchildren, Braxton McPheron, Phoenix McPheron, Alexis Carroll, Tyson Carroll; three siblings, Diana Hafer, Mary Johns, Timothy Beverly; as well as extended family and many friends.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday January 6, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dementia Society of America.
