Geraldine Keller

Geraldine “Gerry” Keller, age 85, of Fairborn, passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was born October 27, 1935 in West Carrolton, Ohio; the daughter of the late Albert and Louise (Gaskile) Hipple. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Robert Keller. Gerry is survived by her daughter, Janell (Tim) Keller; brother, Jim (Karen) Keller; grandchildren, Brian (Sherry) Jenkins, Angela (Ryan) Dawes, and Aaron (Tiffany) Jenkins; great-grandchildren, Taylor Montgomery, Katelyn Montgomery, Kayliegh Dawes, Andrew Jenkins, Hannah Jenkins, and McKenzie Jenkins; and numerous extended family members and friends. Gerry worked at Fairborn City Schools for many years until she retired. In her free time, she loved to go bowling. What Gerry loved most was spending time with her family. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1 PM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, OH 45324. Family and friends may visit from 12 PM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens where Gerry will be laid to rest next to her husband. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the Crossroads Hospice as they were kind and caring to Gerry.
