Jean Ann Banner-Carroll

Jean Ann Banner-Carroll, age 42 of Enon passed away Friday March 5, 2021.  She was born June 30, 1978 in Springfield, the daughter of Peter and Leta (Clarkson) Banner.  Jean Ann was retired from the Eustis Police Department and the Air Force Reserves.  She enjoyed arts and crafts; and was very involved in her children’s sports programs.  She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Elva Clarkson and Robert Clarkson.  Jean Ann is survived by her parents; husband, Matthew Carroll; two children, Haleigh and Haryn; three siblings Christine (Charles III) Knaub, John Banner; twin, Jennifer (Charles) Fagan; eleven nieces and nephews; and one great niece.  A celebration of life will be held on Monday March 8, 2021 from 3:30 until 6:00 P.M. at the Golden Jersey Inn, Yellow Springs.  A service will begin at 6:00 followed by a balloon launch.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Haleigh and Haryn Benefit Fund, gofundme.
