Nancy S. Smith

Nancy S. Smith, age 79 of Enon, passed away September 27, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born March 17, 1941 in Pikeville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Cecil and Leona Grace (Hunt) Queen.  Nancy enjoyed watching UK basketball and spending time with family.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Smitty” Smith; two brothers, William and Donnie Queen.  Nancy is survived by her daughter, Suzette Cortina; son, Charles “Chuck” Smith; grandson, Evan Cortina; granddaughter, Erin Cortina; sister, Linda Staten; as well as large extended family.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday October 1, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Del Wallace officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. until the time of service.  The family requests mask be worn if attending any of the above services.
