Robert J. "Rob" Ryan

Robert  J. “Rob” Ryan, Jr., age 55 of Fairborn, passed away surrounded by his family July 27, 2020. He was born May 19, 1965 in Middletown, Ohio.   Rob was a leukemia survivor and served as ambassador in 2017 for the Circle of Victory.  He volunteered at Soin Medical Center; organized the Feet for Food 5K; and was involved in the SnakPak Program at Fairborn United Methodist Church.  Rob enjoyed tinkering and especially adored time with his grandkids.  He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Edgar and Christine Long; paternal grandparents, Robert and Rita Ryan; granddaughter, Chloe Roark; and sister, Christy Biddle.  Rob is survived by his wife, Lori; two daughters, Holly (Ryane) Roark, Kelli (Andin) Fisher; four grandchildren, Zachary and Sean Roark, Ava and Mia Fisher; three siblings, Nathen (Ruth) Ryan, Molly (TJ) Lairson, Ben (Felicia) Ryan, as well as extended family.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 24, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home.  Family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.  If desired memorial contributions may be made to Greene Medical Foundation, Circle of Victory, 1141 N.
