Stacey A. Compton

Stacey A. Compton, age 52 of Fairborn, passed away Sunday April 26, 2020.  She was born May 26, 1967 in Zanesville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jerry and Dianna (Eppley) Radcliffe.  Stacey was previously employed with GE Money Bank and she was a member of Freedom Church in Fairborn.  She was fierce and a fighter, especially when it came to her family.  She loved collecting salt and pepper shakers, rock music, ice cream, and flamingos.  Stacey never went down without a fight, a trait she ensured she passed along to her daughter.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Anthony Mendenhall.  Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Ricky; daughter, Kiley Compton (Austyn McFadden); grandson, Oliver; brother, Robert “Robbie” Radcliffe; father and mother-in-law, Bobby and Ruby Compton; sister-in-law, Rita Mendenhall; brother-in-law, William (Carolyn) Compton; her beloved cat, Mimi; granddog, Lila; as well as numerous other extended family and friends.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday April 30, 2019 at 12:00 noon at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Dwayne Bryan officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service and would encourage comfortable and casual dress and welcomes anyone who would like to pay their respects however they feel is safe.  Burial will follow at the Byron Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio State University Fund directed to Wexner Medical Center at osu-honor-and-memorial-giving.everydayhero.com/us/Stacey-Compton-Memorial.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
