Susan M. Hughart

Susan M. Hughart, age 60 of Fairborn joined her horse Skipper at the rainbow bridge April 27, 2023.  She was born March 15, 1963 in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of the late Greene County Sheriff Donald and Nelda (Cottrill) Perry.  Susan was an animal lover, raising great danes and horses; and was once part of the mounted search team for the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.  She is survived by her loving husband, Charles; and son, Michael. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service.
