Wilma J. Thrash

Wilma J. Thrash, age 79 of Xenia passed away surrounded by her family November 4, 2022.  She was born November 21, 1942 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Harvey Herbert Leach and Zella Rose.  Wilma enjoyed playing cards, watching western movies and spending time with friends and family.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Novella Leach, Larry Leach, and Garry Leach; son, Larry Thrash (Cathy); and granddaughter, Abbi Thrash.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Albert; siblings, John Leach and Clara Sargent; children, Blake Thrash (Ginny) and Anita Smith; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews and extended family.  A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday November 13, 2022 at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
